The hotel features great attention to detail, such as their Pillow Menu, which makes for a more personalized stay. The breakfast menu is delicious, and the top-notch service is exceptional. The atmosphere is fragrant, filled with heavenly scents that will make travelers feel pampered.

The hotel is conveniently located near several medical facilities, making it a suitable choice for those seeking medical treatment. guests mentioned that finding a taxi in the area was easy, allowing for convenient transportation. The hotel is also in close proximity to Sisli's main center and two shopping centers, providing guests with ample shopping opportunities. The rooms are spacious and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast options are varied and satisfying. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.

There were some instances where guests did not receive the room they had booked, causing slight disappointment.

Instead of the usual buffet style, they implemented an a la carte menu with three to four options. This ensured that guests could still enjoy a satisfying meal without feeling any limitations. The breakfast staff efficiently implemented clear rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Although my stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. the room I booked did not match the description, as it had a different bed configuration.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Afshah, were incredibly helpful and patient with me throughout my stay. They arranged shuttle services, tour guides, and taxis for me, which made my travel experience so much easier. The wellness center downstairs was so convenient, and I felt refreshed after receiving excellent massage and wellness treatments by Uchix. The hotel itself was lovely, with a pleasant aroma and helpful front desk personnel. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including a Carrefour Express and two shopping centers. Additionally, it was very close to the clinic I visited, even though the area had congested and small streets.

The room was clean and the breakfast had great options like espresso and honeycomb.

the soundproofing of the room was inadequate, as we could hear our noisy neighbors as if they were in the same room with us.
